1. To provide an understanding of yoga and its various aspects and their training, which has been given in most famous yoga schools in India.
2. To help and understand the principles and philosophy of Yoga.
3. To develop deep understanding of yoga at beginner intermediate and advanced level.

3. Minimum 50 Asana and 8 Pranayama.
