Booking Policy
- To ensure a place in the retreat, an initial deposit of USD 100 (3 days), USD 200 (7 days) and USD 300 (14 days) per person- of the full fee is payable on the booking date. This is a non-refundable/non-transferable amount.
- If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the program, the deposit you’ve made will be valid for the next 6 months from the original start date of the retreat you initially chose, as long as you notify us of the change at least 10 days prior to the retreat’s start.
- The remaining fee needs to be paid upon your arrival at the ashram.. Any and all amounts paid are non-refundable and transferable. The international bank transaction or intermediary platform fee is the guest's responsibility.
- The booking deposit can be paid via PayPal however balance payment is NOT accepted via PayPal. It can be paid in cash, bank transfer, or credit card. Any card payment will incur a bank fee as applicable (Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted)
- If you wish to discontinue the retreat and leave before the booked end date, there will be a 15% deduction of the total amount as an early termination fee. The balance would be refunded which will be after deducting 15% plus the number of days of stay.
