A typical Day at Yoga Retreat in Bali
In this Yoga retreat, we offer two Hatha yoga classes daily. Morning session will be stronger with quicker pace and a lot of emphasis on building overall strength, whereas afternoon will be more on a slower side, with the focus upon restorative practice, which gradually culminates into a Meditative state of Mind.
