Dr. Vivek - Lead Teacher, Yoga Anatomy & Resident Ayurveda Doctor

Dr Vivek Pettikattil Murali

Dr. Vivek is a passionate Ayurvedic doctor with a deep connection to the healing traditions of his native Kerala. Ayurveda was never just a career for him but a natural calling, shaped from a young age by family and elders who turned to its simple remedies for everyday wellbeing. The defining moment came through his father's illness - when modern medicine could not help, Ayurveda did, igniting his lifelong commitment to science.

His studies were transformed by an encounter with the ancient text Astanga Hrudaya, which revealed Ayurveda not merely as a system for curing illness but as a way of achieving balance in life. Mentored by one of Kerala's most respected Ayurvedic figures, he trained deeply in Panchakarma, herbal remedies, and traditional medicine preparation.

Dr. Vivek also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga, allowing him to integrate both sciences into a holistic approach to health. With over 12 years of clinical experience, he believes Ayurveda preserves the wellness of the healthy and restores the sick, guiding his patients toward balanced, vibrant living.
