Eligibility for 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga Asanas
Through this, we familiarize the students with the anatomy and pathology of common health issues that can be addressed through diet, asanas, and pranayama practice.
The five key categories of asanas will be covered in this course. They are standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, and inversions.
Students will be informed about the benefits and functions of yogic practice.
Asana Practice
Everyday, for 3 hours, yogic postures will be practiced under our 500-hour yoga training course. We offer expert guidance to help students gain mastery of each of the varied Asanas and their usage to treat various disorders of the human body.
Yoga Anatomy
To improve the understanding of classroom explanations, cues, and corrections of asana, the students will be taught about anatomy and physiology related to yoga.
Students will be made to understand the therapeutic benefits of a 500-hour yoga teacher training course.
Yoga Philosophy
Students will be taught yogic philosophies and texts, and get insights into yogic lifestyle and other concepts like dharma and karma. Details of Patanjali’s yoga sutras will also be discussed.

From the second week onwards, hands-on training begins. The students will be meditating, practicing their breathing techniques, and doing Nidra to manage stress and anxiety.
