Our yoga teaching is based on Hatha Yoga – the original yoga as taught by ancient yoga gurus who passed this practice and philosophy to the generations that followed. You will gain an overall understanding of yoga, discover the links between human anatomy and physiology, go deeper into the journey within with meditative practices, and understand the meaning of life in a better form. Yoga follows a tradition that will enrich your personal life and also shows you how to share this understanding with others to enrich their lives. By doing this, a compassionate and humanitarian community can be built. Living and sharing our passion is our motto. We believe in your adopting this motto to enrich your life and that of others as a yoga instructor when you begin your journey after graduating from our school.
The entire day, you will be practicing and living the 8 limbs of yoga as described in Patanjali's Yog Sutra.
